If like many members, Bowls was your favoured exercise, you’re probably starting to feel very lethargic, stiffening up and even putting on a few pounds!  Over 50’s Live Well Club have some great gentle exercises you can do at home to stay in shape for when we all get back out there.  Try some of these

Whilst you’re at it, no reason you can’t learn some new tricks for the Green, even if you can’t practice them yet.  Just typing bowls instruction into google brings up dozens of instructional videos, why not try it, you can only vacuum the house so many times in a week!
